This wedding was beautifully intimate and it all took place in the woods! What an amazing experience. All the details came together to create such a wonderful, rainy woodland dream.
welcome to the blog
I'm so excited to introduce their precious baby boy to you! Not only will you get to see cute 8 day old Calvin, and hear a bit from Kristen about her journey into motherhood, but you will also get a peak into Jeff & Kristen's beautiful Nashville home. Calvin's Ocean themed nursery & their colorful West Elm Catalog worthy living room are my favorite highlights.
There is something so special about that connection and I will always feel so honored to be able to capture mammas with their sweet babes. However, it is undeniable that Daddy's have a dynamic connection with their baby's too and I love it when dad's show up, unafraid of letting that connection show in front of the camera. The dynamic connection between this baby is so present with both Mom & Dad. And that just makes my heart smile :-).
This year, we have been thrilled to photograph many newborn through 1 year sessions! We plan to share more of these sweet baby session with you in the not too distant future! So meet baby Piper and her beautiful mama. We dare you not to fall in love with those itty bitty fingers, the delicious chubby cheeks, and those gorgeous eyes.
I have known Josh since he was about 7 years old, I can't believe he is already a senior in high school! I am so impressed by the young man that he has grown to be-- kind, enthusiastic, and quite a leader! I love catching up with Josh and his family and what a better excuse to catch up than to capture some images of Josh to celebrate his last year in high school!
Class of 2015 has some pretty stellar graduates -- and Andrew is no exception! He is a true renaissance man. He plays guitar, is an excellent artists, and can hold his own in the academic world, as he is looking into some pretty impressive majors (hint: majors that require enough math and science to make my brain explode with too much information!)...
When Jessica was a senior in high school she decided not to take senior photos, but when she was a sophomore in college—- she and her mom started to regret that decision. In comes *Krista* who recommends they contact me to take some senior portraits…. errr, should I say sophomore portraits? Either way, I am so glad that I got to meet Jessica when I did. As a sophomore in college she was taking many of the same art and photography classes that I took a few years before, we had so much fun chatting about professors, the photo lab and the endless hours spent in the dark room developing film. . . .
